Phil Selway

Phil Selway, born Philip James Selway on May 23, 1967 in Abingdon, Berkshire (now Oxfordshire), England, is a musician, singer and songwriter, best known as the drummer for the English rock group, Radiohead (1985-present).

In addition to drums and providing backing vocals with Radiohead, Selway has occasionally played guitar and contribute lead vocals for Neil Finn music project, 7 Worlds Collide.

On August 30, 2010, Selway released his debut solo album, Familial, which features him on guitar and vocals, with Wilco drummer, Glenn Kotche, on drums.

In October 2014, Selway released his sophomore record, Weatherhouse. At ten tracks and 38 minutes, the album is as concise in shape as it is expansive in mood and assured in execution, mining a generally darker, fuller sound than its gentler, more acoustic-based predecessor and reflecting the band-centred nature of its construction and its creator's growth in confidence.
