Hammerax Appoints Grover Pro Percussion Worldwide Distributor

Hammerax and Grover Pro Percussion have reached an agreement which grants exclusive worldwide distribution to Grover Pro.

Tobias Ralph

Tobias Ralph Joins Hammerax Artist Team

Hammerax recently announced that Tobias Ralph will be a Hammerax percussion artist.

Tobias is using Hammerax Stacks such as Slap, Snapshot and Crash Course as well as other Hammerax bells and FX.

"It has been a wondrous adventure recording Tobias in Hammerax covers of King Crimson's Indiscipline and NIN's Closer. It's always a great experience to work with an artist that exhibits such effortless mastery of drumming", said John Stannard, Hammerax President.

Tobias began drumming at age 4 and was the winner of the first Buddy Rich Memorial Scholarship award. He attend Berklee College and won numerous awards there. He is presently on the road with Adrian Belew.


Jim Black Joins Hammerax Artist Team

Hammerax recently announced that Jim Black is now officially endorsing Hammerax percussion.

Jim studied at Berklee and now tours worldwide with cutting edge jazz bands. He has played with Winter and Winter, Alasnoaxis, Tim Berne, Nels Cline, and Dave Douglas. In 2014 Jim filmed with Pat Mastelotto, Tobias Ralph on "Three Drummers Indiscipline", by King Crimson. The 5.1 DVD is set for November release.

"Hammerax is thrilled to work with Jim Black. He has reached the point in technical prowess where he can truly tell a story with a drumkit. It is an absolute blast to watch this happen.", said John Stannard, Hammerax President.

Jim plays Hammerax stacks such as Spanky, Bash, Crash Course, and Slap, as well as various Hammerax bells and specialty cymbals.
