Pearl Drum Company is inviting drummers all around the world to send in videos of themselves playing 4 measures/bars at 108 bpm (beats per minute). Sound familiar? If you've ever seen/heard the Drummer Cafe's Community Drum Solo, as far back as 2004, you've got the idea!
Participants need to send Pearl a Youtube link of their performance to potentially be featured along with some of Pearl's top Pearl artists like Todd Sucherman, Terence Higgins, Scott Johnson, and Omar Hakim.
All video entries are welcome ... the only hitch is that you showcase your playing on Pearl gear. This includes Pearl drumsets, marching drums, hand percussion, etc.
Video entries must be submitted by Wednesday, January 2, 2013 to be included in Wave One of Project 108.
