Many of you may have heard about AC/DC drummer,
Phil Rudd, being arrested for possession of meth and cannabis ... AND ... charges against him by New Zealand police for "attempting to procure murder."
Rudd, who is 60 years old, had been accused of trying to have two men killed. His attorney announced today that those charges have been dropped because the prosecutor decided there wasn't enough evidence to justify it.
Rudd still faces other charges, including threatening to kill, as well as charges relating to personal possession of drugs.

FYI ... I refrained from posting about this initially ... but since there is so much rumor, and having a charge dropped, I thought it smart to share some positive news.
It's very evident the guy has a personal problem and doesn't want to play with them.... :(
