I used to play with Bill Champlin at The Mint in LA every week - this is some of it on my youtube page-

@$%#.. what a great band - we never rehearsed once.  Bill Champlin kybds vox and maybe gtrs - not sure if there is anything with him on gtr / Bruce Gaitsch - gtr / Mark Leonard - bass / me on drums.

Vid is rough and audio is rough but you can feel it.

Hope you like it!

My last record with Champlin is "No Place Left To Fall" available on itunes and everything else as far as I know...  It's a @$%# good record.

I like it, thx for the head's up!

I just dropped over and sampled "Maybe." You can feel it alright - that's a bitchin' groove!  :D

I love Bill Champlin. Got turned onto a Sons of Champlin LP in college and his voice and talent jumped out. When he joined Chicago, I remember the first time I got to see Bill live was also the last time I saw Danny Seraphine with the band at Summerfest in Milwaukee.

I'm goin' back to your youtube page to check out some more - sweet!

I'll go check out the video footage real soon.

I reviewed Bill Champlin's "No Place Left to Fall" last year; indeed a great album.
