Neat!  How about a post performance description of how it all went? ;D

Will do!

It was a fantastic experience; it's a great festival and it is run by great people.

Here's a shot of me in action:

After we played our set, I was driven (!!) back to Artist World, where I had a fantastic meal (loads of fresh seafood, including oysters) and then I was whisked back to watch Snoop Dog, Sonic Youth and Devo from side stage. It was an amazing and somewhat surreal experience.

Cool!  The look on your face captures the "surreal" feeling you mentioned!

Josh Freese playing drums for DEVO? How was that?

I'm pretty sure that it wasn't Josh; the drummer for DEVO played left-handed....unless Josh is like Bun S Carlos and can play both ways....

Weird, but that's why I asked.

Josh Freese is on the cove of this month's DRUM! magazine ... "Josh Freese from Fanboy to Spudboy with DEVO".

On a different note, did you happen to see the shout out I gave you in this week's edition of The PRess Roll?

I sure did, Bart....and I can't thank-you enough! That is *very* generous and I appreciate the shout-out! Another reason why this place rocks! (or swings, or fusions, or jazzes or....you get the idea :) )

Did Josh play with someone else at the Festival?

I don't know. I just knew that Josh was with DEVO and was curious if you saw/heard him play with the group.

I just found this out from the Weezer Website: Josh played for Weezer and as luck would have it, they were on the same time as DEVO. Some of my bandmates were at Weezer and they loved it.

Hey Bart: my friend, Andree-Anne (who took my photo at Osheaga) got this one of Josh with Weezer:

and this one, too!
