I'm looking for a certain style of drumming.

I'm looking for drumming style that's emphasis is on decoration and accenting as opposed to straight forward time keeping, Sort of like in classical music. My guess is I would Most likely  find this style in jazz but I'm hoping that I will be provided with specific examples.

Sounds to me like you're looking for a person who has played both classical and has been in a show band. Look for a drummer just getting out of the Army Band.  ;)

I'm not a particularly slow player, yet I don't play fast.  I play half-fast.
