But the only club that had bands back then was the "Greenhouse".
Thats where we used to play, every year for 6 weeks at a time. They would fly us down, give us a place to stay. Did that 5 times with a band called "Harlequinn Angel". Went first in '87,  got married there on a Schooner, then moved down there in '91. Nice place to visit, but I wouldnt want to live there again. I liked St. John a LOT more.
So when did you (ritarocks) live there?

Cambridge, MA.
I've played a couple of places in Gloucester; the Artspace (run by the guy who made the Chud or Shud? B horror movie) and the Blackburn Tavern.

Cannabalistic Human Underground Dwellers, that CHUD?

COOL  ;D
Enjoying a resurgence in jazz gigs.

Yes, that one. I wasn't remembering the first word. I was thinking "Subterranean."

I almost saw that movie!!
It was between that and a movie that was about a student by day and a hooker by night. The guy with the car had heard the hooker movie had authentic scenes of LA street life.
In hindsight I am sure both of those movies sucked.
Enjoying a resurgence in jazz gigs.

Are you talking about the "Angel" movies?
Sounds like it may be off topic, but I guess not since she (Angel) did some house gigs herself. ;D
