Anyone know of any drum recognition software that would convert a  music file into sheet music/tabs?

When you say music file ... what do you mean?
General MIDI?

Almost any sequencing program is able to print out the file albeit not publish quality.

Or are you talking about a WAV file or some sort of other audio file?
