Tony Royster Jr

Tony Royster Jr., born October 9, 1984 in Hinesville, Georgia, is an American drummer, best known for winning the 1995 Guitar Center National Drum-Off competition at age 11.

Tony Royster, who excels in a number of drumming styles, including Funk, R&B, Latin, Rock, and Jazz, has worked with the likes of Imajin, Lazyeye, New Flava, En Vogue, Hikaru Utada, Paul Shaffer (Late Show with David Letterman),  Francisco Fattoruso, Jay-Z, Joe Jonas, Joss Stone and his own band.

Royster Jr. has a number of instructional videos to his credit; Pure Energy (2007), and The Evolution of Tony Royster (2009).
